Beautiful ring that exceeded my expectations

Had an appointment today with Aisha in the Leeds office to pick out an eternity ring for myself for my 30th Super friendly and helpful! Helped me pick out the right eternity ring for me as I wasn’t sure what I wanted in terms of band width and carat size Ordered my new ring and can’t wait for it to arrive! (Also can’t wait for their full show room to open in Leeds)

Ordered an diamond half eternity ring, I was kept up to date at every stage and when I received the ring it excelled my expectations. It is absolutely beautiful and I am so glad I chose this company to make a special gift for me.

I was updated by regular emails, maybe not quite in time with the actual real time update but the ring was received 2 days before the 4 week deadline. To say I was pleased is an understatement and I am over the moon with my new engagement ring! It’s beautiful and far out weighed my expectations.

I was a little nervous buying expensive jewellery online, but I received email updates on the progress of the pieces, as well as a very quick delivery once they were complete. I have independently tested the items and they are exactly as advertised. I would be confident buying from DF in the future; my wife is very happy!

Easy to use website, very thoughtful process. Good prices and generally good end product. Recipient very happy with the item. Can't complain. Wish something like this was around 10 years ago, would've been easier on the wallet.

Great experience booking and appointment and figuring out what type of ring I wanted, Madelene was very helpful.... As for the ring it was beautiful excatly what i wanted and my fiancee loves it. Quick delivery too 👍🏾👍🏾

I have been dealing with the Diamonds Factory at the Metro Center. The staff were amazing and I have had a great experience from start to finish. The ring I have chosen is absolutely beautiful and the quality is amazing. I would highly recommend this company and this is only my first purchase here. Five stars all round.

All communication was on line which very easy and straight forward with plenty of updates along the way and then the fina collection date were staff were very helpful.

Very Beautiful earrings.

Over the moon with my ring, it’s gorgeous and the price point compared to other stores is amazing! I went to the Glasgow store and Ashley was so helpful and knowledgeable. It took just under 3 weeks for delivery but absolutely worth the wait! One thing I will say is the store only has sample rings these are not real gold/diamonds I didn’t realise until I was shown another customers ring and Ashley explained this, just incase you browse in the window and think they don’t look very sparkly.

I visited your store in Birmingham. Although you don’t stock many earrings you managed to find one similar to what I was looking for. Order was input for me online and I could view how far through the process my order was. Earrings arrived within expected timeframe. Beautiful earrings - I chose lab grown diamonds as I think they’re better value. I would be interested in bracelets with lab grown diamonds and natural emeralds.
